Happy new year, friends! It’s 2022 and we’re still here, against all odds. What a weird, weird era we’re living through. If nothing else, this global snafu reminds us that time is fleeting, and what’s worth living for is each other. It also gets you thinking about the legacy we leave on this floating rock in space. Existentially, what we do in our finite time can seem meaningless, but still we endeavor to create and make some sort of lasting impact. Maybe it’s senseless, but isn’t it part of our humanity to try to build when everything is collapsing around us?
