Hitting rock bottom

We are stoked to be playing on February 28th, 2017 at Bottom of the Hill, where we’ve seen many, many great bands play. Really looking forward to playing where My Bloody Valentine, Blonde Redhead, and too many others to name have performed. We’ll be sharing the stage with the some cool bands: Tsar Czar and Remember Karen

First show of 2017

SISTERSOUND will be performing at Hotel Utah Saloon, a bar that’s been around since 1908!

From Hotel Utah’s site:

It was built in 1908, when the Barbary Coast was still going strong. 1908, the year Bette Davis was born. The year of the first Model T. Twenty-eight years before the Bay Bridge. This bar was standing before, during, and after Prohibition.

The Deininger family opened the saloon, and commissioned furniture makers in Belgium to design and create its ornate bar-back. They also served the city’s best beer, Fredericksburg, brought to The Utah by horse and carriage and lowered into the cellar in wooden kegs.

Knocked Out

Big ups to John and Josh at The Knockout, and to Parae for playing the show with us. Special thanks to our friends who came out, especially those that drove the distance in to SF to catch our new lineup and material. Also, thanks to Eriko for the colorful photos.
